CEREMONY + RITUAL
If you have a life moment you feel deserves honoring, I would be honored to support you.
You can create a ceremony or ritual around just about anything. What happens through intention, focus, honoring and being in reference, moves us from a feeling of ordinary to a higher vibration... magic!
If you feel there is a lifetime moment to respect through ceremony, I would love to support you, first as a witness and second as a guide to invoke the ritualized space. I collaborate to co-create and customize what you desire.
Here are two brief descriptions of rituals that I often share with individuals or groups, which are effective and potent.
There are many types of rituals I offer. Here are two common ones:
-
Sacred Space Ritual
Having a special place in your home to sit, connect, contemplate, meditate and pray is helpful to keep attuned into the higher, spiritual forces that guide us. From simple to elaborate, sacred items curated in beauty form an altar-like space that reflects back to us what is most important. In this ritual, I guide you through a meditative journey to activate altar items with your own intentions. Together we can create a sacred space in your home. An altar space is ever changing and being made new again (as we are). I leave you with useful tips to keep your sacred space fresh and aligned as you evolve.

Cleansing Ceremony
We open with silent prayer and set an intention. It is the energetic vibration of your intention that guides the ceremony. After settling into a meditative space, we begin with an overall smudge. Smudge refers to the burning of herbs that have been identified as plant medicine that when dried and burned, the essence in the smoke is known to shift energy from spaces and individuals. I enjoy working with blends that may include: white sage, blue sage, sweetgrass and ash juniper. After the first round of the cleanse, we can then choose to use other tools that assist in deepening into another energetic layer. Some tools and techniques I offer may include: smoke from Palo Santo sticks, energy clearing with a feather fan or rattle, breathwork or movements to shake and clear. Finally, after moving what was needed to make an energetic shift, we then mark the arrival of what is new with fresh herbs and water.
